Integrative Health Consultation: This is for clients who plan to maintain their continuity care with another provider but would like to consult with the physicians in this practice. We will develop a holistic plan for maintaining wellness and for preventing or treating chronic health problems. Issues that are often addressed include hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, fatigue, mood disorders, insomnia, and eating disorders. This includes a 90-minute consultation with a written treatment plan and a 30-minute follow-up.
