Integrative consultations

For clients who prefer to maintain their primary care with a physician outside our practice, we offer a 2-part, 90-minute integrative consultation. Issues that are often addressed include hormonal imbalances, anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain and migraine, insomnia, mood disorders, and eating disorders.

During these two visits we will:

take a detailed history of your symptoms and concerns.
develop a holistic plan for maintaining wellness and for preventing or treating chronic health problems.
treatment recommendations include nutrition advice as well evidence-based therapies from both Western and non-Western medicine.

Same-day urgent appointments

We understand that you would like to be seen right away when you have a pressing medical issue, so each day we leave 20-minute appointment slots open for same-day urgent visits. We always do our best to book you in with your regular physician, however there will be times when you will see another physician in the practice. If you would like to schedule a same-day urgent appointment, please call the office at 415-642-0333. (It is best to use email only for appointments that are scheduled days in advance.)

Of course, if it is a serious medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room!
